Location: Remote, based in or serving Abuja, Nigeria

What you will do

Build full-stack features from architecture to deployment
Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver smooth UX
Debug and optimize performance on frontend and backend
Maintain code quality and suggest architectural improvements
Communicate effectively in a distributed team

Requirements

3+ years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in full-stack development
Strong experience with React and Node.js
Hands-on experience with MongoDB in production
Strong technical and product communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to have

Familiarity with analytics tools like Appsflyer and Amplitude
Basic DevOps knowledge including Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Experience deploying apps to App Store and Google Play
Understanding of mobile performance optimization and native bridges
