Compensation: 540,000–580,000 MXN Annually

What you will do

• Provide direct consultation and support for employee relations, engagement, and compliance with policies.
• Coach leaders through change management and performance issues, including PIPs and terminations.
• Investigate and address employee relations issues, including harassment allegations and workplace injuries.
• Partner with leadership to develop and refine HR strategies and programs to meet business needs.
• Conduct new employee onboarding orientations and 90-day success check-ins.
• Manage HRIS data entry, I-9 verification, and maintenance of personnel files.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Must be located in Mexico City for on-site work.
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• Strong business acumen and professional communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
