Intern (International Project): Assisting with partner communication, operational tasks, and user support for a corporate well-being platform with an accent on partner onboarding and technical assistance. Focus on organizing work, finding quick solutions for multifaceted tasks, and developing the project in new regions.

What you will do

• Communicate with partners (fitness studios, beauty salons, spas, etc.) and provide them with technical support and onboarding.
• Manage bookings and schedules of current partners, adding new ones to the platform.
• Communicate with users and provide technical support, finding creative solutions for their requests.
• Search for and apply to events and conferences useful for participation.
• Prepare presentations and other visual and text materials in English.

Requirements

• Know how to organize your work, set up processes, and help others understand them.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (oral and written) required for partner communication.
• Ready for multi-faceted tasks, able to find solutions quickly and not afraid of the volume of work.
• Ready to get involved in a new culture to develop the project in a new region.
