What you will do

• Act as a senior advisor to clients solving critical technology challenges, including legacy modernization and core banking transitions.
• Drive AI adoption and navigate complex regulatory compliance for financial institutions.
• Leverage a deep professional network to identify and establish new strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Provide market trend insights to the leadership team to shape future service offerings.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of deep expertise within the financial services sector.
• Previous experience in a very senior role (SVP, EVP, Managing Director, or C-suite) at a major financial organization.
• An active, broad network of relationships across banks, payment companies, insurers, hedge funds, and PE groups.
• Technical fluency in software development lifecycles and AI transformations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level discussions and thought leadership.
