What you will do

• Install, service, maintain, and repair hirify.global medical devices at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Complete all service activities in compliance with regulatory standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation using internal systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers on product use.
• Identify and escalate recurring technical issues or product concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in field service engineering or technical support, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Proficiency in IT and service management systems.
