What you will do

• Build and ship native Android features using Kotlin.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs and ensure the stability and security of mobile flows.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and reduce crash rates.
• Develop AI-assisted mobile experiences to enhance the user journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Proficiency with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge-case handling.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of shipped work (App links, GitHub, or screenshots).
• Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
