What you will do

• Lead discovery processes by identifying user needs and translating client visions into actionable designs.
• Design comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based products.
• Evaluate and propose various design approaches to solve complex usability challenges.
• Collaborate directly with clients to refine product requirements and design goals.
• Clearly communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI work for web products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Framer, InVision, or Zeplin.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience integrating AI tools into the design or productivity workflow.
