What you will do

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects, including building business cases and execution plans for new markets.
• Perform financial and data analysis on product performance.
• Develop frameworks for annual planning and business performance.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and optimize existing processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• At least 2+ years of specific experience in investment banking or consulting.
• Outstanding English and business Japanese communication skills.
• Must be based in Tokyo for on-site work.
• Methodical, process-driven mentality focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Previous 0-1 startup experience in an operational role.
