TL;DR

What you will do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and UI for web-based products.
- Participate in discovery processes to identify user needs and client vision.
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Evaluate and propose different design approaches for various product verticals.
- Explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Integrate AI tools into the design and productivity workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be located in Latin America.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for web products.
- Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Framer, InVision, or Zeplin.
- Ability to work directly with clients and understand their vision.
