What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and procurement agreements of medium complexity.
- Advise Sales, Deal Desk, and Customer Success teams on day-to-day legal matters.
- Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and self-service materials for business teams.
- Drive automation of legal work by implementing and testing AI tools for contract review and knowledge management.
- Research legal requirements across jurisdictions and provide practical recommendations.
- Design scalable processes to support business growth and reduce manual workload.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a lawyer role, ideally within an IT company.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Deep understanding of Intellectual Property law.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements.
- Strong result-orientation and analytical thinking.
- Hands-on interest in applying AI and tech tools to legal workflows.

- Prior legal experience at a Big 4 firm or pharmaceutical company.
