TL;DR
Data Coordinator (Resource Planning/Data Management): Gathering, validating, and maintaining project and workload data in resource planning and capacity management systems with an accent on data accuracy, consistency, and reporting. Focus on identifying discrepancies, supporting workload dashboards, and coordinating information across global, cross-functional engineering teams.
Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible 2 days a week

What you will do
- Gather project and workload data from Engineering Centre Leaders and global stakeholders.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in resource planning and capacity management systems.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across disciplines.
- Support reports and dashboards covering resource availability and workload distribution.
- Identify discrepancies and contribute to improvements in data collection processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering and a basic understanding of technical environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, digital tools, and basic data analysis or reporting.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
- Fluency in English.
