Systems Analyst (Banking)

What you will do

• Analyze and decompose business processes, identifying roles, triggers, and information flows.
• Develop detailed project documentation, including RFCs, FSAs, and change requests.
• Create business process models and diagrams using BPMN, UML, and ARIS.
• Design interactive mockups and prototypes using Figma, AxureRP, or Balsamiq.
• Define API specifications and design information exchange patterns for system integrations.
• Perform data analysis and create database prototypes using SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking fundamentals and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Camunda Modeler, Bizagi, or MS Visio.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Confluence and Enterprise Architect.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, OSI network model, and API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Must be based in the Russian Federation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SOA, MSA, EDA, and DDA architectures.
• Understanding of technical resource deployment, updating, and scaling (horizontal/vertical).
• Experience with load testing scenarios and methodologies.
