Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at Head Office in Yeovil, UK, with up to two days working from home

What you will do

• Define and deliver a future-focused ecommerce strategy aligned with the hirify.global Growth Plan.
• Own end-to-end online trading performance across traffic, conversion, average order value and retention.
• Lead customer-focused digital journeys, personalisation, segmentation and conversion rate optimisation.
• Accelerate app growth and develop the Sprint 20-minute delivery proposition.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Technology, Data and Supply Chain teams on digital campaigns and scalable ecommerce platforms.
• Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce function across trading, app, analytics and optimisation.

Requirements

• Strong senior leadership experience in ecommerce, digital retail or a related commercial customer function.
• Commercial sharpness, strategic thinking and a pragmatic focus on delivery.
• Deep understanding of customer behaviour, digital innovation and ecommerce performance metrics.
• Experience leading teams, developing leadership capability and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to attend the Yeovil Head Office in a hybrid working arrangement.
