What you will do
- Lead needs assessments and evidence synthesis to enhance psychosocial support components within Inclusive Resource Centres.
- Develop methodological guidelines, quality standards, and practical tools for specialists.
- Design and deliver training programs and professional development initiatives for education professionals.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to integrate trauma-informed and inclusive approaches into national services.
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and institutionalization of support systems.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in psychology, education, social work, or public administration.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in mental health, psychosocial support, or inclusive education.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
- Proven experience in developing analytical, methodological, or regulatory materials.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs and trauma-informed approaches.
- Ability to work in Kyiv, Ukraine for the duration of the contract.
