What you will do

• Promote the Devices team by creating internal briefings, release notes, and FAQs regarding new launches and technical changes.
• Draft and update technical guides, including device configuration manuals and internal how-to guides.
• Maintain internal documentation libraries on platforms like SharePoint and Engage.
• Prepare materials for meetings with hardware partners such as Apple, Samsung, and Google.
• Translate technical feedback from engineers into clear summaries for commercial and product teams.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate content.
• Experience creating content for internal communication channels such as intranets, newsletters, or emails.
• Good organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively within a large corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in mobile technology standards such as 5G, VoLTE, and eSIM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience using content management systems like SharePoint or Confluence.
