What you will do

• Own global transportation functions to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products globally.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of logistics coordinators across multiple time zones.
• Act as the primary contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, including on-time delivery rates and cost variances.
• Collaborate with production, finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure operational synergy.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for the logistics department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Based in Mexico City.

• Experience with live-event industry transportation and temporary importations.
