What you will do

• Plan features and projects, estimating task timelines and managing the full development lifecycle.
• Contribute to client-side and backend logic, ensuring high product quality and stability.
• Make critical architectural decisions and design scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, enhance code quality, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Drive improvements in development processes and the delivery pipeline.
• Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and development artifacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer (C#) or Unity Developer.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a development team as a Tech Lead or Team Lead.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and hands-on experience with scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to establish and improve development processes for transparent delivery.
• Strong skills in goal-setting, execution tracking, and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to foster team collaboration.
