What you will do

• Manage and mentor the UX/UI team to develop their professional competencies.
• Maintain and define the quality standards for in-game interfaces.
• Create design documents and guidelines for the UI facelift.
• Establish and implement interaction processes between UI and other departments.
• Develop the task scope and plan for updating the existing interface.
• Collaborate with Game Design and related departments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Team Lead.
• Experience working on large-scale live game projects.
• Expertise in creating effective and visually outstanding user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
