What you will do
- Manage and mentor the UX/UI team to develop their professional competencies.
- Maintain and define the quality standards for in-game interfaces.
- Create design documents and guidelines for the UI facelift.
- Establish and implement interaction processes between UI and other departments.
- Develop the task scope and plan for updating the existing interface.
- Collaborate with Game Design and related departments.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Team Lead.
- Experience working on large-scale live game projects.
- Expertise in creating effective and visually outstanding user interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
