What you will do

• Label and evaluate text, speech, image, and video data to train machine learning models.
• Ensure high-quality data delivery while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ML data workflows and provide factually correct responses.
• Identify error patterns and suggest improvements to operational processes and tools.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet daily operational KPIs and quality targets.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during data execution tasks.

Requirements

• Dutch language proficiency: CEFR C1+ required.
• English language proficiency: CEFR C1+ required.
• Must be able to work onsite in London, Monday through Friday.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced reading comprehension and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with project coordination or stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
