Location: Based in Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid (in-office 3 days per week)

What you will do
- Provide legal advice on employment law across 23 jurisdictions in Europe and the Middle East.
- Monitor and interpret legislative changes and case law developments to advise stakeholders.
- Lead internal investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment and discrimination.
- Manage employment-related litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and codes of conduct.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on initiatives such as AI in employment and pay transparency.
Requirements
- Attorney licensed to practice in a European Union member state.
- Minimum 6-10 years of post-qualified experience in employment law.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-border legal matters and employment disputes.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor relations.
- Experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles.
- Application must be submitted in English.
