What you will do

• Lead daily client communications and relationship management for a B2B retainer portfolio.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high quality and accuracy under pressure.
• Execute media relations, content development, executive communications, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Translate complex technical subjects into audience-relevant narratives and actionable workstreams.
• Coach and manage a small team to foster professional growth and accountability.
• Provide strategic recommendations to help clients increase their visibility and credibility in Taiwan.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing, preferably within an agency.
• Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills for drafting professional documents and decks.
• Proven ability to lead junior staff and present confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
• Agile, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
