What you will do

• Own the design and development of all testing aspects, from defining acceptance criteria to final execution.
• Design, execute, and maintain automation capabilities across all levels, including automated, manual, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Create and optimize test frameworks and integrate them directly into deployment pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews for both production and test code to ensure critical case coverage.
• Monitor test runs, application errors, and performance to ensure system stability.
• Coach the team toward a quality-focused mindset and act as a reference for the QA Center of Practice.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in both manual and automated software testing.
• Strong expertise with modern test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or Allure.
• Strong knowledge of Java development for tests and OOP concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity) and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
• Knowledge of API testing, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• English: B2 level required for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Ability to write clean code in Python, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Behavior-driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of mobile app test automation tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot for code generation and debugging.
