What you will do

• Lead the implementation of the Maximo Service Platform, performing gap analysis and driving closure actions.
• Coordinate business process testing (BPT) and develop training materials for end users.
• Act as a key communicator for change management, ensuring project updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver and manage end-user training post-go-live to ensure system sustainability.
• Manage system access requests and oversee the translation of materials to align with local and global standards.
• Collaborate with global and SEA regional managers to align service activities and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is a significant advantage.
• 1+ year of experience in system administration or a similar administrative environment.
• Exposure to ERP, WMS, TMS, or EHS management systems (Aurora or DI experience is a plus).
• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel globally and between sites within Indonesia.
• Ability to work outside normal office hours during project roll-outs.
