What you will do

• Own the international lifecycle strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities across onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to build personalized customer journeys.
• Execute contact strategies through automated journeys via email, push notifications, and in-app surfaces.
• Design and implement A/B tests using statistical fundamentals to generate data-driven hypotheses.
• Manage the creative iteration pipeline to continuously improve execution quality based on experimentation insights.
• Establish performance reporting and define success metrics in partnership with analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth engagement, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with segmentation and building automated journeys using marketing automation tools.
• Strong discipline in experimentation, hypothesis development, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Analytical fluency with Excel, relational databases, and reporting dashboards.
• Must be based in Luxembourg and able to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
