What you will do

• Design and produce 3D action assets across multiple styles using game engines.
• Review and quality-control animation assets submitted by outsourcing partners.
• Develop in-game character actions based on in-depth motion principles.
• Collaborate with the Lead Artist to define action styles, templates, and specifications.
• Coordinate the entire production pipeline to ensure the final product's art quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in action design for large-scale games.
• Solid foundation in animation design, cinematography, and camera techniques.
• Strong grasp of body mechanics and rhythm for humanoid and non-humanoid characters.
• Deep understanding of "game feel" and impact in combat actions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
