What you will do

• Design and evolve enterprise-grade Kubernetes architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Define platform standards, governance models, and technology roadmaps.
• Architect highly available, scalable, and secure Kubernetes platforms.
• Implement multi-cluster management strategies and governance frameworks using Rancher.
• Establish standards for CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation.
• Collaborate with security and AI engineering teams to enable scalable AI-powered workloads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Systems Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience designing Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience designing platforms on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and/or Amazon EKS.
• Proven ability to define architecture standards and governance models.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Longhorn, Harbor, Fleet, Cilium, MetalLB, NGINX Ingress, or Traefik.
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads and GPU-enabled Kubernetes environments.
