What you will do

• Design and execute image quality tests for webcams and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize image processing algorithms and collaborate on camera module design.
• Implement improvements in the color processing pipeline, including denoise, sharpness, and brightness.
• Develop and optimize algorithms using computer vision, Deep Learning, and AI techniques.
• Lead or assist in video certification processes for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Windows Hello.
• Collaborate with the Techno Office to port features from host to device.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Imaging Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of image quality metrics and testing methodologies.
• Experience with image processing software and tools such as Imatest and MATLAB.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong user focus.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Hsinchu, Taiwan

Nice to have

• Experience with camera module design and characterization.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of color science and image quality standards.
