What you will do

• Perform penetration assessments of operating systems, applications, databases, and network infrastructure to detect threats.
• Execute Red Team activities simulating known threat actors across the Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
• Produce high-quality written reports and presentations with security recommendations for customer management.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and other services functions to improve customer security defenses.
• Act as a technical operator for various penetration testing offerings with a strict OPSEC mindset.
• Provide specialized guidance to operational teams during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios and outages.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Red Team or Penetration Testing activities.
• Advanced experience with tools like Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Mac operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking components (routers, switches, load balancers) and security tools (firewalls, proxies).
• Proven experience using AI technologies to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.

Nice to have

• Security community participation, such as being a conference speaker or tool development contributor.
• Relevant certifications: OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, GXPN.
