• Design and maintain backend services powering integrations with hundreds of global merchants and payment providers.
• Drive team efficiency regarding accurate costing and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Coach and mentor technical leads and engineering managers to foster professional growth.
• Enable a highly innovative engineering culture while keeping technical debt low.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building backend systems at scale.
• Strong background in the fintech and payments space.
• Proven track record of building teams and developing individuals successfully.
