What you will do
- Perform IREG testing and network setup for roaming partners based on GSM standards.
- Provide switching and signaling support for the establishment of roaming services.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate SS7 messages, SGSN/GGSN, and SMSC when services fail.
- Develop and maintain IREG testing procedures in adherence to business processes.
- Manage test plans, schedules, and perform document inspections and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IREG testing, roaming implementation, or technical customer support.
- Strong understanding of GSM standards and software testing methodologies (Integration, Conformance, Functional).
- Exceptional analytical, multitasking, and communication skills for technical and non-technical clients.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including assignments at client locations for 2-4 weeks.
- Must possess a valid passport for international travel.
