Compensation: $175,000 - $185,500 (Total Compensation)

What you will do
- Meet or exceed sales targets for surgical lights, booms, tables, and infection control equipment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for replacement, renovation, and new construction projects.
- Provide ROI and business case justifications to potential customers to drive purchasing decisions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including forecasting, monitoring, closing, and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to track, report, and analyze territory opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Denver, CO area
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of medical device/capital sales experience (direct selling to physicians and hospitals).
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools.
