What you will do

• Develop algorithms and modeling techniques to advance Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Support foundational model development through applied research, including training and dataset design.
• Perform pre- and post-training optimization to improve model performance.
• Leverage large-scale computing resources and heterogeneous data sources to accelerate AI advances.
• Integrate GenAI technology into customer-facing products and services.

Requirements

• PhD, or a Master's degree with experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• 1+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, C++, or related languages.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Publications or patents at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Experience with PyTorch or other popular deep learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of generative models such as CNNs, GANs, VAEs, and NF for synthetic human creation.
