• Create and execute multi-year project roadmaps in collaboration with business partners.

Requirements

• Must be located in Bloomington, MN or Longmont, CO for regular on-site work.
• Extensive experience with IT business systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong functional understanding of supply chain and quality systems.
• Proven project management experience in a matrix organization.
• Working knowledge of AI, ML, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
