What you will do

• Build and operate a continuously measured cyber risk program, transforming technical telemetry into actionable insights.
• Develop dynamic cyber risk models reflecting asset exposure across technology, data centers, and software supply chains.
• Own the risk treatment lifecycle, translating prioritized risks into engineering work with measurable objectives.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and service levels to drive timely risk remediation.
• Integrate risk management into a compliance-as-code platform for continuous, evidence-backed posture.
• Report material enterprise risk scenarios to leadership using defensible logic and data-driven presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise security risk management, including building risk registers.
• Expertise in risk quantification using methodologies such as NIST CSF, ISO 27005, or FAIR.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting, or equivalent tooling to analyze risk and vulnerability data.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and ability to assess Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Experience with AI infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or data center operations.
• Location: Must be based in Houston, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP or CRISC.
• Strong background in statistics or mathematics.
• Experience with automation-first risk management or actuarial risk modeling.
