What you will do

• Review and process KYC/KYB applications across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM to meet regional compliance and regulatory requirements
• Manage and prioritize the ticket queue in HubSpot, keeping pipeline stages updated and escalating blockers
• Automate repetitive onboarding steps using Claude and internal tools (build, test, and maintain automations for review, data gathering, and reporting)
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows while preserving controls and audit trail integrity
• Conduct risk assessments for individuals and businesses and apply appropriate due diligence levels
• Gather, verify, and maintain supporting documents (IDs, UBO structures, licenses, corporate documents) and collaborate on escalated cases

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (LATAM and EU coverage) and English required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or a related field (or strong academic background in finance, law, or business)
• Comfort navigating multiple tech platforms and learning new tools quickly, including working with AI tools like Claude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation-heavy, repetitive work
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
• Highly adaptable to shifting priorities and ambiguity while maintaining rigor
