What you will do

• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and background checks.
• Manage internal employee movements, such as promotions and transfers, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee the employee service desk, resolving queries regarding systems, benefits, and policies via Jira.
• Maintain and improve the People knowledge base to facilitate employee self-service.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems and support audit preparation.
• Contribute to process enhancements and automation projects to improve team scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws in Colombia, Brazil, US, and Canada.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high digital literacy.
• Experience with HR systems like BambooHR or Culture Amp is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion and professionalism.
