What you will do

• Create high-quality hard-surface assets including vehicles, weapons, and environment props.
• Manage the full real-time asset pipeline from modeling and texturing to engine integration.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality standards through technical and artistic reviews.
• Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and shape project artistic direction.
• Participate in R&D to explore new tools, workflows, and AI-assisted solutions.

Requirements

• Strong artistic skills with proficiency in both semi-realistic and stylized art styles.
• Deep knowledge of real-time production pipelines, specifically for Unity.
• Experience with asset integration, scene setup, lighting, optimization, and texture atlases.
• Commercial experience working on outsourced projects or diverse game productions.
• Genuine interest in leveraging AI tools to improve production efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
