What you will do

• Recruit and match experts by speaking with relevant specialists on the phone, often under tight deadlines.
• Understand project and market context, including the legal and regulatory environment for clients and experts.
• Take ownership of client-expert communications from initiation through ongoing coordination.
• Meticulously schedule calls to ensure seamless collaboration between clients and experts.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel across parallel workstreams in a communications-intensive role.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or doing a gap year.
• Available for a six-month internship starting in September 2027.
• Fluent written and verbal English and German at C1 level or above.
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset with initiative and drive for success.
• Experience evidencing an interest in business.
• Internship or working student experience and extracurricular achievements are highly valued.
