Internship (m/w/d), Client Service, German Speaker, 2027

Location: Hamburg, Germany; Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday home office. Six-month internship starting in September 2027.

Salary: €30,000 annual base salary, pro rated for six months, plus performance-based commission.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end communications between clients and industry experts.
• Screen, negotiate with, and match experts to client requests by phone.
• Use AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and identify relevant experts.
• Manage multiple parallel projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers.
• Assess project and market context, including relevant legal and regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or taking a gap year.
• Available for a six-month internship starting in September 2027.
• Fluent written and verbal English and German at C1 level or above.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, drive, resilience, and a self-starter mindset.
• Interest in business; internship or working-student experience and extracurricular achievement are valued.
