Salary: $239,600 - $323,400

What you will do

• Develop and execute the technical strategy for advanced antenna technologies across the U.S. business.
• Partner with senior leadership to define technology priorities, strategic investments, and long-term innovation roadmaps.
• Drive the design and transition of advanced radar and antenna technologies from concept to operational capability.
• Lead the development of complex radar and antenna product applications while guiding lifecycle strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to execute R&D initiatives aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, industry partners, and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and U.S. DoD Top Secret level clearance are required.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with a proven record in large-scale radar design.
• Advanced subject matter expertise in advanced radar technologies for all sensor applications.
• Executive-level communication and presentation experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in support of program and business development.
