What you will do
- Govern L3 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
- Investigate and resolve incidents through platform analysis, log troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
- Support daily operational activities including deployment, release, and change implementations.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles, and develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
- Support the Flex Gateway Platform setup and participate in on-call activities for major incident resolutions.
- Manage production support meetings and participate in operational reviews.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in platform management.
- Expertise in Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and basic knowledge of AWS and Azure.
- Strong grasp of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID) and API security standards.
- Familiarity with ITIL Processes and Argo CI/CD tools.
- Technical knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, Java, JSON, and experience with SOAPUI and Postman.
- English: C1 level required.
- Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal, and open to a hybrid work model.
