Salary: 23,900 - 32,800 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the gameplay QA team, fostering accountability and skill growth.
• Adapt the overarching QA strategy into practical testing approaches and clear team priorities.
• Own testing execution and milestone verification to ensure high gameplay quality standards.
• Monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Partner with production, development, and external QA vendors to coordinate dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA workflows, tools, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams.
• 5+ years of experience with direct performance management and career development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug workflows, and quality reporting.
• Experience with game engines and editors, preferably Unreal Engine.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Experience with performance analysis, profiling tools, and console development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AAA titles.
• Knowledge of User Experience Research (UXR) and usability testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for the Cyberpunk universe and large-scale RPGs.
