TL;DR
Software Engineer (Computer Vision): Developing and integrating cutting-edge CV algorithms for low-powered wearable devices with an accent on performance optimization and system architecture. Focus on bridging the real and virtual worlds through advanced eyewear and implementing tools for high-quality code and data visualization.

Location: Vienna, Austria. Must work in the office 4+ days per week.

What you will do

  • Develop and integrate state-of-the-art Computer Vision algorithms for low-powered devices.
  • Design and implement tools for analyzing performance and code quality, including tests and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and research teams specializing in ML, graphics, and software engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience using modern C++.
  • Strong understanding of linear algebra, geometry, and optimization.
  • Basic working knowledge of geometric computer vision and/or machine learning.
  • Location: Must be based in Vienna, Austria.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SLAM, 3D reconstruction, Depth estimation, or Computational Photography.
  • Experience with object detection, classification, segmentation, or tracking.
  • Knowledge of ML hardware acceleration and common ML frameworks.
  • Experience with performance profiling focusing on memory, cache, and CPU.
