What you will do

• Review and evaluate English to Romanian translations to ensure correct tone of voice and local market relevance.
• Manage localization and adaptation requests with approved translation agencies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product stakeholders to gain clarity on briefs and deliverables.
• Analyze assets and creative concepts from a cross-cultural perspective and provide feedback to avoid potential issues.
• Conduct ongoing QA monitoring and provide constructive feedback on translation metrics.
• Optimize localization workflows by implementing and staying updated with AI-powered translation tools.

Requirements

• Native speaker of Romanian (ro-RO).
• English proficiency level C1+ (fluent/proficient).
• Experience in the translation industry, specifically with marketing-related content.
• Proven knowledge of CAT tools, translation workflows, and QA review processes.
• Deep linguistic and cultural immersion in the Romanian market.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French (fr-FR) or Dutch (nl-NL).
• Experience in Translation Project Management or within a creative/production agency.
