What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise AI security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Perform end-to-end security assessments of AI platforms, LLMs, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to embed security-by-design into AI workflows.
• Design security controls and governance for Generative AI, including identity and data protection.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments addressing AI-specific vulnerabilities like prompt injection.
• Represent the organization in customer security discussions and AI due diligence audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Proven experience in security architecture, specifically in cybersecurity or cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience assessing AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini.
• Deep understanding of AI-specific risks like jailbreaks and data exposure.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, or ISO 42001.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation.
