Senior Computer Vision Engineer (Generative AI) (PyTorch/Multimodal AI): Defining the technical vision and delivering production-ready computer vision systems across generative AI, multimodal intelligence, and 3D scene understanding with an accent on model architecture, optimization, and scalable deployment. Focus on designing diffusion, transformer, and vision-language models, building MLOps pipelines, and mentoring engineering teams.
Location: Colombia or Chile; remote or office work

What you will do
- Define the technical vision for computer vision systems covering generative AI, multimodal intelligence, and 3D scene understanding.
- Design and deliver production-ready computer vision pipelines using PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, and Triton.
- Architect diffusion models, transformers, and vision-language models for production environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable visual AI solutions with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, ML Architects, and clients.
- Improve model training pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps practices across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Mentor Computer Vision Engineers and contribute to publications, client engagements, industry events, and research communities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Python and PyTorch, including end-to-end computer vision systems delivered to production.
- Deep knowledge of classical computer vision, including camera calibration, feature matching, homography estimation, and geometric scene understanding.
- Advanced expertise in generative AI and multimodal systems, including diffusion models, transformers, and vision-language models.
- Experience optimizing and deploying models with ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership or mentoring experience with Computer Vision Engineering teams, plus strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; upper-intermediate English or higher required.
