What you will do

• Define technical vision for computer vision systems, including generative AI and 3D scene understanding.
• Lead the design and delivery of production-ready pipelines using PyTorch, ONNX, and TensorRT.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Architect generative and multimodal models optimized for cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Establish engineering standards, quality benchmarks, and MLOps best practices.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership through research and client engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia or Chile.
• Extensive experience with Python and PyTorch in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of classical computer vision techniques and geometric scene understanding.
• Advanced expertise in generative AI, diffusion models, and vision-language models.
• Proven experience with model optimization and deployment on major cloud platforms.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
