What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client executives and stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of AI-first software delivery practices across client accounts.
• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop account strategies, proactive proposals, and manage technical risks.
• Champion best practices including TDD, pair programming, and infrastructure automation.
• Contribute to the growth of the Vietnam office by building a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Substantial experience delivering large-scale, complex enterprise-wide software solutions.
• Strong full-stack engineering background (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js).
• Proven experience in account management, pre-sales, and client relationship building.
• Deep understanding of modern delivery approaches like TDD, CI/CD, and pairing.
• Experience in coaching and growing tech leads and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
