What you will do

• Lead the development of a mobile application for an industry-leading HVAC company.
• Define system architecture and provide technical leadership to align business goals with user needs.
• Develop Flutter applications for Windows, Android, and iOS with a focus on low-level implementations.
• Maintain Windows installers and low-level libraries.
• Implement and test hardware communication using BLE, NFC, and cable protocols.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and introduction of emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application or embedded development and architecture.
• Strong foundations in OO design and proficiency in at least one OO language (Dart, Kotlin, Swift, or C++).
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and device communication.
• Experience with the Windows Ecosystem (Win32 API) and communication protocols.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for all application documents and communication.
