What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects with a focus on finance.
• Conduct discovery workshops to analyze client finance processes and reporting requirements.
• Design and configure core financial functionality including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
• Deliver financial reporting and analytical solutions using tools like Power BI, Jet Reports, or Solver.
• Develop functional specifications, process maps, and comprehensive documentation.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure client success.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV solutions.
• Strong finance and accounting background in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Proven experience leading full project lifecycles including design, configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Proficiency in implementing financial reporting and planning solutions (e.g., Jet Reports, Solver, Cosmos, Power BI).
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.

Nice to have

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Experience with Continia Document Capture and Expense Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Pre-sales experience including demonstrations and solution estimation.
