What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Prepare and present reports for executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in business intelligence software and tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Willingness to work on a shift that includes evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying business challenges.
