What you will do

• Act as primary DBA for enterprise databases including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
• Architect and guide configurations for High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and zero-downtime migrations.
• Implement next-gen database technologies, deployment tools, and automation to drive operational efficiency.
• Partner with InfoSec to maintain database security, access controls, and compliance auditing.
• Mentor team members through feedback, goal-setting, and personalized growth plans.
• Collaborate with the DBA Team Leader to execute departmental KPIs and support business-critical infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
• High-level expertise in at least one major engine (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Redshift).
• Strong technical knowledge of Linux and Windows OS with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS RDS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).
• Fluent English skills (C1 level) with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for management.
• Proven leadership capability to coach and develop team members.
